When she touches me with her strength
I am pleased...
When she gives unto me her weakness
I am gladdened...
Such was the beauty of herself and mine
when we met.

This is such a soft and lovley piece. Where is the regret ? She gave and he took. Everyone got what they wanted. Even if it did not last they were happy then. Never regret the good things. I loved the write.

A beautiful, touching write, Don! I have to agree with Dawn-Marie though - Never regret love, no matter how long or how fleeting it is! It's too darn hard to find at any time!
